Neither Healthy Life nor its suppliers and licensors make any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access will be continuous or uninterrupted. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, this Agreement and any access to or use of the Services will be governed by the laws of Poland.

The competent courts for all disputes arising from or related to this Agreement and access to our Services will be the courts located in Poland.

Healthy Life reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.

If we make a material change, we will notify you by posting an announcement on our website or by sending an email or other communication before the change takes effect. The notice will specify a reasonable period after which the new terms will become effective.
